Call-Out Fee

Sunday / Public Holiday
A surcharge applies to Sunday and public holiday bookings.
Travel

Calculated to the venue and back.
Toll Gates
Toll costs are calculated separately.
Overnight Accommodation
Required for weddings more than two hours away. R1 200 per artist is added for accommodation; any unused balance is refunded.
For weddings more than five hours away, accommodation should be booked for both the night before and the night of the wedding.
